I have LOVED working with Kasie. I’ve done two other shows and this is the first time I don’t feel like I’m starving or struggling. She has created a plan that I’m capable of and still able to balance my life with family and social outings. I’m super thankful to have hired her as a coach! These photos are me just 9 weeks apart. We have 12 weeks to go until show date and I know she will make sure I’m on point.
